I refer to your letter in respect to the New Zealand Firefighters Welfare Society.

 

We will offer a 5% discount if a guest stays 5 nights or longer, and if they stay 7 nights or longer we will give them 1 nights free accommodation, the 1 nights free will be only offered in off peak times, i.e. not Christmas, Easter, or Qld, Vic, or NSW school holidays.

 

When we receive discounts for theme parks or restaurants we will pass these onto our guest.

 

We do not have a AFS approved emergency evacuation scheme, but I have been currently looking on the net to source one.  We do have fire hoses on every level of every floor including the car park.

 

All our apartments are 2 bedroom 2 bathroom fully self contained with 1 queen bed and 2 single beds for 1-4 people.  They have full size kitchens, dishwashers, microwave, washing machine, dryer, Austar and they now have access to wireless internet.  We also have 2 penthouse apartments with a large balcony and private spa.  

We also have a large heated spa and pool.
