Thanks for your letter in relation to Accommodation here on the Gold Coast and what we have to offer your Members. We took over the Management Rights at Le Lavandou around 7 months ago after spending 30 years in Dunedin and Christchurch. One of the many Kiwis’s who have jumped the ditch.

 

As you mention we do have a very informal arrangement with your Members and also members of the New Zealand Police and since our take over here we have already welcomed many NZ Firefighters and Police who have taken advantage of the offer.

 

Please see below answers to your questions

 

Will our premises offer a financial discount to your members?

Most certainly we will.

·         “7 Nights Stay” Tariffs are generally around 10% to 15% less than our normal rates however we are very negotiable, as certain times of the year are quieter. I will not go into exact tariffs now due to the flexibility of the rates in relation to dates required however if you would like a more structured rate we can look into it.

 

Would our premises have other benefits that your members may enjoy?

·         All apartments are 2 Bedroom & 2 Bathroom, with fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry & bright sunny balconies.

·         The BBQ facilities are available for all Guests and is situated in a seated courtyard area close to the pool. All rooms overlook the pool and BBQ Area.

·         Underground Security Car Parking is available to all guests.

Le Lavandou Broadbeach Complex Facilities

·         Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher

No other conditions.

Check In Policy

If members would like to confirm a booking we normally take a Credit Card Deposit of $200.00 as security over the room. Any outstanding balance will be due on arrival. We have a 2pm check in policy however we do attempt to get all guests into their rooms on check in. Arrival times need to be supplied.

 

Our Complex is the ideal family complex in a great location close to all requirements. We would love to maintain our relationship with the NZ Firefighters Welfare Society and look forward to hearing back from you in due course
